Today we're baking for someone a little different. Your four legged best friend. These homemade gluten free dog biscuits are made with simple, wholesome ingredients. Because our pets deserve just as much care in what they eat as we do. They're easy to make, full of flavor, and guaranteed to get tails wagging. And who knows, you might even be tempted to try one yourself. Let's get started. And it's just a few simple ingredients. I'm going to start with Frankie's Gluten Free All Purpose Flour Blend. And I'm choosing pumpkin as my flavor today, so I'm using pumpkin.
And at glutenfreeguy.ca I'll have some alternatives instead of pumpkin. You could do cheese, you could do peanut butter, and they're all really good. And then two eggs. And I like cracking my eggs into a separate container. Just that there are no shells that get in there. One. Come on, open. There we go. And two. Okay, I'm going to set this aside. And let's mix this up. And I forgot to mention, you want to add just a little bit of water, just to help bring it together. That dough looks great. So you just want to add enough water to bring it all together. So I added it nice and slowly, and it came together slowly, but it came together. It smells good. That's nice. So let's dust our work surface. And grab a rolling pin. And roll this out. And really, you can roll it out to any thickness. The thinner it is, the crispier they're going to get. And the faster they're going to bake. The thicker they are, the harder they are going to be to bite into. I like rolling them out to just a little bit more than a cracker thickness.

There we go. Now I've got my dog biscuit cookie cutter. This one's a little on the big side. That's the treats for when my dog is really good. And I have a lightly greased cookie sheet here. You can also use parchment paper and that works too. And I'm just going to transfer these to the cookie sheet. So these are going to go into my preheated oven of 350 degrees Fahrenheit or 175 degrees Celsius for about 20 minutes or until they're nice and crispy. So these took about 20 to 22 minutes in my oven and I think they look great. I even made some little mini ones. So we've got the big dog biscuit ones, which smell really good.
And then we've got some smaller ones and I can eat them. And I want to show you that even our four legged friends can eat them. Come here. Come on. Come here. Come here. Oh, come on. It's okay. There we go. Here you go. I think she's a little camera shy, but she took it and she enjoyed it. I'm going to enjoy mine as well. Crisp. Tasty. You can get used to these. If you're looking for the recipe of these, you can visit glutenfreeguy.ca. Thanks for watching..
