Sunflower cakes are an useful by-product of sunflower oil manufacturing, consisting of high levels of protein, carbs, and phenolic substances. This research study analyzed the capacity of utilizing this product as an ingredient in gluten-free breads. Results showed that including sunflower cake to gluten-free breads led to boosted dietary value, raised life span, and boosted sensory top qualities.
