Today I'm going to show you a really simple recipe. Super healthy, without flour. These are the wraps. Great for folding. Delicious, healthy and so easy. Hello, this is Emma, Emma Magians! Welcome to my yeast water channel! Today it's time again: yeast water for everyone, everything your pastry desires! We'll start here with red lentils. Two hundred and fifty grams. And now I pour a lot of water into it. At least double the water you have in lentils. And then you set it aside for about three to four hours. And look, they really got into it. You can also do it with other lentils, for example mountain lentils, chickpeas and so on. But you have to soak the latter longer. Preferably overnight, about ten to twelve hours. Then you have to cook the chickpeas again.
And because it has to be quick, I'm doing this with the lenses. Simply soak in water in the morning and at noon you have a really great, simple meal. The drained lentils go into the smoothie maker or blender. A bit of salt, of course, and our yeast water for the liquid. Homemade yeast, very easy, delicious and healthy. You can find out how at the top right under the "i". And a little water too. And that was actually it in terms of ingredients. This is so easy and quick to make, really tasty and also really healthy and rich in protein. So if you want to pay a little attention to your figure or maybe you have to, then that's ideal! Because they are really tasty and also fill you up.

Then I always put a ladleful in it and distribute it very carefully. Here's the consistency again. The smoothie maker makes the batter a little fluffy. But that doesn't matter at all. And look how easy it is. Turn it around once and the whole thing is done here. Looks really great and they stay so elastic, so you can fill them up.
I'll show you this again in fast motion. So here is a ladle full of this beautiful dough. I got about 10-15 pieces out of him. So if you're a really big family, you need more.
