GLUTEN-FREE CASSAVA CREPES/CREPAS DE YUCA LIBRES DE GLUTEN

hi everybody welcome to my channel healthy lifestyle a to see this is Letty Smith I will be sharing delicious easy healthy and fast recipes I’ve been making them for myself and I want to share them with you they’re gluten free and no MSG this is the key to a healthy happy lifestyle don’t forget to exercise and drink water I will be sharing new recipes every Friday and I invite you to like subscribe and share with your friends and family stay tuned [Music] today’s recipe look tan free cassava crepes for those of you that are gluten intolerant or that stop eating grains cassava is made from the yuca root this is a very versatile recipe you can eat it with peanut butter or almond butter you can add strawberries or bananas or you can eat it with hummus sauerkraut avocado carrots cucumbers veggies anything you want you can also make like a scrambled egg roll it in your crib and maybe make a bean sauce and cover it you have many options so here’s the list of ingredients 1/2 cup otto’s cassava flour one egg pasta race half cup of water 3/4 of walnut milk or milk of your choice 1 tbsp olive oil or oil of your choice it’s optional you can use a nonstick pan 135th tablespoon of baking soda aluminum free and 1/2 tablespoon Malayan salt so get your bowl ready and add your cassava flour then at the meal at the water you can give it a whisk at the egg [Music] add the baking powder add the salt and then whisk it as you see it has to be Ronnie get a serving soup spoon so you can measure the amount spray oil or make it on a nonstick pan that’s up to you and set it for medium-low you don’t want it very hot for the mix and swirl to cover the whole pan and then when you see the bubbles just flip it over you don’t want it very crispy because you want it to be able to fold I could humus our crowd avocado and carrots that’s what I had in my refrigerator but you can put anything you want this guy is your limit so enjoy [Music] next recipe it’s gonna be Chia blueberry jam so I invite you to like subscribe and share with your friends and family and thank you for watching stay tuned
