Today I will certainly inform detailed treatment of South India” s FAMOUS recipe SUSALA which is made from Puffed Rice or Murmura This is well-known in South India and a lot of Maharashtra In Karnataka it is called Susala as well as in Maharashtra it is called Sushila To make it we require one cup of Puffed rice or Murmura One mug roasted chana dal and grind it to make powder We also need 5-6 eco-friendly chilli, cumin seed, Ginger, curry leaves and coriander. Mix it in stone mortar as well as relocate it to a dish We will now prepare Tadaka. We need urad dal or split and also dehusked black gram lentils Mustard seeds cumin seeds curry leaves simply prepared mixture of green chilli, cumin seed, Ginger, curry leaves and coriander.Medium size cut onion 3-4 spoon इमली Imalee juice or tamarind juice bit of jaggery powder Haldi powder or turmeric powder salt to taste little of coriander first in a big bowl, add blown rice or murmura Include water to it, tidy it and also saturate it for 3-4 minutes maintain the frying pan on the gas and ad 2-3 teaspoon of oil After oil is heated, include urad dal (split and also dehusked black gram lentils )include mustard seeds add cumin seeds add ground ready combination of eco-friendly chilli, cumin seed, Ginger, curry leaves as well as coriander. include cut onion add curry leaves mix all these active ingredients well mix all till the onion ends up little transparent afterwards include इमली Imalee juice or tamarind juice once the इमली Imalee juice or tamarind juice gets boiled, add little bit of jaggery include turmeric powder stir the ingredients with spatula add salt to taste mix once again completely please like, subscribe my channel once the mix has fried well, include 1/2 mug of water blend well and cover it and also maintain it for 4-5 minutes to boil now squeeze completely the puffed rice or murmura which is maintained in water for soaking and also take out drenched murmura in separate bowl now remove the cover as well as inspect the combination kept gas whether it has actually steamed well. click i button over and view my dish on healthy smoothie drink, which you can attempt as soon as it is mixed well,
