one is that if you're not in california good luck finding one i get mine from butcher box they are running an awesome promotion right now you can get up to 10 pounds of free meat with your first box click the link in my bio if you want to check that out so i took my tri-tip out i'm going to let it come to room temperature and while that's sitting out i'm going to whip up a quick chimichurri i'm going to post the full recipe in the comments with a cut of meat like this you're good with a heavy coat of salt and pepper and then i'm just going to throw it on my smoker just like that at 230 degrees until the internal temperature hits 125 when it hits 125 take it off sear it for a minute on each side in a scorching hot pan let it rest for at least 10 top it off with the chimichurri it's so good if you guys try it be sure to tag me and hit that follow button for more easy recipes [Music]
